Buffy meet up with Angel-- found!

I'm trying to remember the name of a story where Buffy meets up with Angel, and nothing goes as planned.  I'm pretty sure it was in a restaurant, and it's supposed to be  "halfway between Sunnydale and LA".  As I recall Angel is with Cordelia, or maybe she tags along?  I remember it as being quite funny in a dry sort of way.  Spike possibly show up too, though I may be thinking of another story.

It's been nagging at me, and I can't seem to come up with it to save my life!

Any ideas?

The story is they meet; Cordelia and Conner are with Angel. Cordelia is pregnant and then we find out Buffy is too. With much musing inbetween. Buffy leaves and Spike is waiting for her in the parking lot-Xander had brought him down-to drive her home and with her favorite pregnancy treats.
