A rogue Watcher paralyzes Buffy through poison or a spell, but Spike, who stuck around after Lovers Walk, manages to save her. Buffy is afraid about feeling so helpless around him. Anybody know a title or author? Pretty please?

that isn't it, but thanks for replying. When I say "paralyze" I meant that the Watcher somehow makes Buffy immobile, unable to move on her own through a potion or a spell of some sort, not an injury.

Um, you did, but I didn't have some of the details you mentioned when I asked first, so this time I added them to see if they struck a chord with anyone else. I also checked the new vamp kiss and the old vamp kiss on Wayback but couldn't find it. Thanks for replying, though!
