Help!!!

Maybe someone can remember this one.

I remember for some reason the Scoobs are in some land or other world and Spike ends up jumping some lone rider and stealing his dosh after Buffy blatantly tells him not to do this. Then he finds a carriage and gets the Scoobs a ride into this town.

I think Spike gets blood by biting the maids there. It was rather funny. He doesn't kill them.

The point was they were trying to find there way back home but they needed to cross over some 'hostile' territory to do this.

I also remember some wolf (?) but changes into human really hits it off with Anya. So much so she ends up going back with him. I know they come to Sunnydale and Spike ends up showing the guy around. Obviously this was too much for him because he went back with Anya. Telling them all that it was a strange world.

This was one hell of a story!

Does anyone remember this story at all?

Yay! Glad to help. :) It's not my favorite of her stories, but it's memorable for the vivid world she created, which takes a ton of talent. Enjoy the re-read!
