Spangel human AU

I'm driving myself nuts trying to find this: human au, Angel/Liam and Spike/William are both doctors. Spike had cheated on Angel years ago, and they haven't seen each other since, until Spike comes to consult on a case (a little girl who dubbed Liam "Dr. Angel"). Then Angel is in an accident, and Spike sticks around to cover his cases and try to get another chance with him. I believe it was set in Seattle, and Joyce was a nurse at the hospital. I know I should know this, but I just can't remember the name... help?

You're looking for Unexpected Reunion by angelspike69. It's a great fic and check out her other Spangel fics. They are all great. Some are Angel/Spike the vampires and some are human AU, but all good.
