I've read a story about how buffy find a badly hurt and insane spike(because glory had tortured him and "stolen" his mind),it's sill a WIP the last time I read it and I can't find it now. Could someone help me ?

I think you might be looking for the Origins series (http://www.ripewickedplum.com/series/origins01.htm) by Ripe Wicked Plum. It hasn't been updated since 2001, but there's a lot of it to read and pretty decent.
