Saw this on BSV and thought it looked interesting. Anyone recognize this description?

Looking for this BSV story that I read a few years back (i think). Buffy and Spike had been kidnapped and they're in this underground cave i think. at first, they hate each other but eventually they fall in love. i remember one major plot event: eventually, spike builds this beautiful bedroom-setup thingy in the underground place. any ideas anyone??

I think it's Legacy by Kyra Storm. I don't recall anything about a fancy bedroom, although that may have happened when they were with the demon or whatever. However, there are a lot of fics out there in which Spike and Buffy get kidnapped and end up friends and lovers as they help each other survive, so who knows?
