Harder than Iron, Stronger than Stone

Hi all!

I'm looking for a very specific fic and I'm absolutely desperate to get a hold of it. There was an Lindsey/Xander series called "Harder than Iron, Stronger than Stone" that I think was written by Sithkitten othercat  and kdorian . This is the link, but as you can see, the site is down and I can't find their BtVS fics anywhere! There were two or three fics that were a part of the series: Lindsey had gotten the visions and was working with post-Chosen-style Buffy crew in Cleveland (I think it was Cleveland...) And it dealt with his childhood, his powers as a mage/wizard (he accumulated a type of familiar that was modeled after Xander's Hyena), and his relationship with Xander. Does anyone happen to have a copy of it or know where I can find it? It's one of my favorite fics!

Nothing, actually. The rules that I read before posting said "***Despite the Spike-centric name for this community, it's actually for any and all of the characters and/or ships in the Buffyverse. :)" So I decided to go ahead and post it since it's so absolutely impossible to find!!!

The fic you're describing wasn't written by Sithkitten but by othercat and kdorian.

The One Who Sees (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=othercat&keyword=The+One+Who+Sees+%28L/X%29&filter=all) and its sequel Walking with Heroes (wip) (http://www.livejournal.com/tools/memories.bml?user=othercat&keyword=Walking+With+Heroes+%28L/X%29&filter=all) (the sequel has a very open and sudden ending).

I was searching for it myself today. I'd read it a few weeks ago and didn't save a link but I knew it had to be on LJ. Eventually found it again via a rec in lindsey_fic
