Looking for two fics

seeking_spikeI am so glad I found this community! I've been looking for these fics on and off for the last year and suddenly thought "Something MUST exist on LJ for this problem." Presto Googlo, my faith in fandom is restored :D Hopefully I will be able to help some other people, though judging by my obviously amazing memory I probably won't be of much use.
What I am looking for:
1. A fic that at some point made an impression on me, probably Spuffy and almost for sure a Human!Spike fic. I think Spike was using the name William and may have been studying to become a Watcher. He had Watcher friends (?), one of whom was named Gareth/Garrett/Garret/something else. I remember the fic having quite a few chapters. There is definitely a scene where Buffy hands William a duffel bag with his black clothes and peroxide, he disappears off to the bathroom and returns re-Spikeified to the astonishment of the Watchers.
I may be confusing this with another fic, but Lilah may have been involved at some point when the group needed to perform some kind of spell and needed a last (seventh? ninth? thirteenth?) person for the ritusal, and there may have been a scene where they return to somewhere that appears to have been ransacked and pages of tomes are fluttering around.
2. A far more identifiable (in my mind!) all-human AU where Buffy and Spike are Liz/Lizzie and William and work at the same phone sex hotline, Buffy and Spike are their alter egos upon customer request. Eventually they meet and fall in Twu Wub. Hijinks with recorded moaning ensue. At some point either Andrew or Jonathan phones and is revealed to be a regular customer.
