Okay, I read this fic one and have a INSANE desire to read it again...

It's an Alternate Universe Fanfiction, in which NO ONE is a vamp and there is no Slayer or demons or anything like that.,
Angel is a human decetive with the Los Angelus Police. There is a serial killer who is a lot like the one in the movie Se7en, basing his killings off the Seven Deadly Sins. Angel can’t figure it all out by himself and has to call in Giles and Spike, whom apparently were all Police Officers in NY or something, but a bomb went off and caused Giles to need to be in a wheelchair… and I think he’s married to Anya. Meanwhile Spike has gone into some sort of army.

Does anyone know what I’m talking about?!?!?! It’s driving me crazy!
