Spander fic Found!

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Spander fic that's been driving me crazy. I may have read it at Spander files.I remember Spike has been chipped and he is staying at Giles house. All the Scoobies are mean to him of course. Xander returns from his Oxnard trio (I think) and takes Spike to live with him. Spike is surprised to learn that Xander has human blood in his fridge. He realizes that the bags are exactly the same as those that he find in Giles fridge from time to time. He is shocked to learn that Xander has been taking care of him by making sure he doesn't go hungry.

Unfortunately I can't remember anything else Does anyone recognize this.?

Might be Changes by Tabaqui (http://spanderfiles.com/arvs/tabaqui/changes.html). The first chapter has a scene that's kinda sorta what you describe. Although Changes is a good read, I don't truly believe that it's the one you're looking for. I vaguely remember a scene exactly like you describe with the bags of blood.

You might try bloodclaim for help if you haven't found the story already. That's an active, friendly Spander comm, and they like fic searches. The chatbox on Spanderfiles is good for Spander fic searches, too.
