Looking for a little buffy fic...

I read this once...its similar to the ones that were posted in the other entry... Buffy is the victim of a spell that turns her mentality into a child. she has to stay with spike while giles and willow try to find a way to turn her back... one specific scene i remember is of buffy and her having to wear overalls and she makes a mess with her food and spike gets mad at her???

anyone got a clue?
