Giles Writes a Book About Spike

I remember a story about Giles interviewing Buffy about Spike after the final battle at the school to write a book about Spike's life.  Giles I believe sends Wesley a copy and all the Fang Gang get to read the book with Angel refusing to at first.  Then, Wolfram and Hart make the book fall and open to the page about the attempted rape.  Angel goes ballistic but the gang side with Spike because they read the whole book as opposed to only one section.

I think I remember Fred being a big defender of spike.

Spike I think is also still  a ghost when the Scooby Gang arrive,.
