Season 4 Spuffy?

I'm looking for one of the many Season 4 Spuffy fics that deal with taking down the Initiative. In this one, after Spike escapes, he goes undercover as Giles' nephew (I think) William (tweed suits, glasses, and back to his natural hair color) and he and Buffy grow closer as they try to work out what's going on. I remember one specific scene where he's moving towards Riley and shedding his William disguise with every step until he's completely back in vamp!mode. I think he ends up killing Riley in the fic right after the commando realizes that Hostile 17 has been underneath his nose the entire time.

That's all I can really remember. Hopefully, you guys can point me in the right direction. And I hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday season! ♥

Oh yeah - if I actually know it, it's usually because it's one of mine. Otherwise, I'm usually just flailing around going "oh, oh, I've read that...it's...uh...um...wait! I'll get it in a minute."
