Looking for a fic wherein Buffy and William meet in a grand old hotel kind of holding place for souls, and their union in that place is not supposed to happen. Kind of vague, I know. But a great fic -- Dru and Angelus and Darla are also there (soul-wise, that is). At one point Buffy and William go on a picnic and Buffy eats a forbidden apple from a tree, which gives them knowledge they aren't supposed to have ... (yeah, I know what that sounds like, but really, I am not conflating fanfic with the Bible, although in the hands of some writers it can feel every bit as spiritually compelling ...)
