I can't remember the name of the story but it's about Spuffy as a couple in high school.  Buffy gets pregnant, almost gets an abortion but freaks out before it happens.  Spike finds out about her decision to get the abortion, runs after her, and rescues her after her freak out.  I think abortions were still sketchy for the time period of the story.  Anyone know the title of this?

I try to remember the title, maybe it will come back to me.
Wasn't Spike an actor in this one and Buffy wanted to get an abortion because she didn't think she could have the child all by herself? But maybe I'm mixing two stories.
