seeking_spike | Trying to find a college fic

A while back I read, and I'm not at all sure where, an all-human fic in which Buffy and the regular gang along with Spike are in college. Some specific things I remember:

Tara and Willow are together and are at least a year ahead of Buffy in school. Near the end of the fic Tara and Willow stop seeing each other because they'll be attending different grad schools.
Spike's mom is Buffy's art teacher. All the kids tend to like Spikes mom (though they don't know it *is* Spikes mom until later on in the story)
The dorm they all live in is sort of quirky. There's a spiral stair case. (I remember this because the to-do about getting Buffy's luggage upstairs.
Faith is there too.
Spike's at least a year ahead of Buffy in school.
Buffy's dad wants her to be a business (accounting??) major but she changes to art.
After Buffy and Spike start dating they begin sharing a dorm room. (I think this moves Tara in with Willow, but I can't remember for sure)

I could have sworn I remembered more! Isn't that always the way when you start looking for something? Any help would be much appreciated!
