Looking for two fics

Hallo,
I'm looking for two fics, but all I remember are a few scenes.

1. Spike rents Joyce's car and wrecks it ,while fighting a demon and saving Xander in the process (Xander is in the car too). They return to the Summer's house. Xander goes inside, but Spike waits outside. He expects to be yelled at, but Joyce thanks him, because he brought Xander home unharmed.

2. All I remember is the last scene. Spike and Xander (they are a couple) are driving to LA (?) to visit Buffy and Angel. I think Angel became human in the fic, and he and Buffy are expecting their first baby. Spike (or Xander) wants to give them a kitten. One of them says something along the lines: "Angel fears a cat could steal his child's breath (soul?)"

I know this is not much, but maybe someone can help me!

I didn't remember that it was the last chapter of a story either! I KNEW exactly what you were talking about, but I thought it was a stand-alone vignette. Of course I had no luck finding it that way, but Dee at the Spander Files helped me out when I described it on the chatbox.
