hey guys,

 

So I read this Buffy/Giles story a while ago, and I bookmarked it but the sites gone dead, or at least, been moved and now I can't find the stupid thing.  I think its called "Helping Hands" or "Helping Him" on the bookmarks its called "HelpingH" so its not really helpful.

 

The story was a few chapters long and it was set about the time of the Cruciamentum (I know I just massacred that word) but instead of the Council test it was a coming of age for Buffy to come into her adulthood - with sex.  Usually the partner was her watcher but that kind of weirds her out at first.

 

I know that specifically in a scene, Giles gives her a tea to make her feel better because she's suffering and Willow asks whats in it - Giles says a bunch of herbs and the like and Willow is all ??? because she recognizes them.  They also have trouble telling Joyce, who freaks out and says he's just a molester, etc.  There's also a really great phone sex scene between the two.

 

Any thoughts?

Hi there - is it autumnal equinox by A Manley Haight? I know the title has no relation to helping hands but the story line is very similar

me again! there's another story Helping Hand by Karen Jephson which fits the title but not the story line so much
