Looking for a Spuffy fic I read a while ago

Hey guys, I'm trying to think of an AU Spuffy fanfic I read a while back and I can't remember the name of it or who wrote it. I think it involves someone inadvertently making a wish in front of a vengeance demon and Buffy ends up in an AU in which Adam was never defeated and there's an underground of humans and demons trying to resist him. Spike is there with Tara (who keeps him fed and he protects her). Giles and Joyce are also there but somehow Giles is a demon (?). Anyway, souled Spike comes to find Buffy and, of course, his unsouled counterpart mocks him a bit. Riley has been turned into a demon hybrid by Adam and he may have been the one who killed Buffy in that dimension. He's sadistic and obsessed with slayers. Buffy and soulful Spike try to help the underground take out Adam before going back to their world.

Any of this ringing any bells for anybody? I'm sure I'll eventually stumble across it again, but I'm driving myself batty trying to remember it.

It's so weird. I remembered that fic, but forgot that the AU was part of it. I only remembered the present day part with Spike, Angel and The Immortal (I spit on him!). I somehow thought they were two different fics.

Don't you love Eurydice? Her stories are really among the best. I wonder if she's still writing.

Yes, she's a brilliant author. She writes more original fics nowadays (She's a published author).. She still gets the urge to write Spuffy every now and then. Mostly for communities, etc. :o)

Thanks! I just bought and downloaded Chains of Jericho to try. It's a vampire story so it will be interesting to see how many rules/traditions of the Buffyverse she'll incorporate. I'll be happy as long as the vamps don't sparkle. ;-)
