Spangel fic

I've been looking for this Spangel fic and I can't seem to find it anywhere. I can't remember what it is called but here are some of the facts:

- Cordy kissed Spike to pass the visions to him
- Spike was contracted with the Watchers Council to train Slayers while he was in LA during ATS S5
- He somehow buys a house?
- Andrew Wells gets infected with Illyria
- Spike sacrifices himself to save Andrew at the Deeper Well by throwing himself in it
- Spike kisses Buffy beforehand to pass the visions
- Buffy never manifested the visions, instead she & Willow ran into a dying human version of Spike (with no memories of being a Vampire) in England after his death at the deeper well
- Spike eventually resurrects in the house while a big battle is going on

I can't remember much more, but it's a long story and it's driving me crazy that I can't find it. Please help! Thank you!
