old epic fic

Hi, I need help finding or remembering an old epic fic.  (If its still in print)  What I remember about it is this:
It is after Chosen.  Buffy is sent through a portal? to Great Britian, and is staying with a family near some stones.  One of the people in this fic is an empath, and can change peoples feelings and emotions...as long as shes in physical contact with them.  Spike and Buffy reunite on a bridge.  This is a really long, old fic that is a wonderful read.  It goes on to the U.S and there is a great war between good and evil.
