Long Angel/Xander AU, possibly with a side of Spike?

I'm searching for a fairly long, possibly multi-story, AU story in which Angel protects/supports Xander from early on in the series. Small snippets I remember: Xander purposely stays late at Angel's so he can spend nights on the couch when he doesn't want to go home to his family; Spike comes to town and taunts Angel for grooming Xander to be his new little brother; Angel at some point puts his apartment in Xander's name so that he can keep Spike out (and so Xander has a place to live). I think it was primarily A/X but might have also been S/X or A/S/X by the end. Angel might have taken Faith under his wing as well. Any ideas?
