I read this fic a while ago and can't remember the name... but I do remember specific scenes.

This was the epilogue. It was a historical fic.

Buffy and William have 3 kids. The two oldest, a boy ang girl (I remember this for a fact) might have been twins. The family is traveling, I think to england, to stay with family. The kids are packing, getting ready to go and they cant find certain things but their sister, the youngest, Joy?? is handing them all of the stuff. She's really cute when she does it like, "hewe" when she hands her brother his toy.

Does anyone have a clue??

I don't recall the specific chapter you are talking about, but the three kids, with the youngest one called Joy, could the the Sun Series by Kallysten. (http://fanfic.kallysten.net/menu.html)- scroll down. Though Joy doesn't come into the story until the sequel.
