Looking for a fic - not many details I'm afraid

I hate it when I'm reading a fic, and it reminds me of another one that I'd like to re-read, but I just can't quite remember what the other one is.

So now I'm looking for a post Chosen fic where Spike is back and is the only one visiting Cordelia. He talks to her, brushes her hair, she eventually wakes up and he gets her clothes (and a necklace), then I think something happens and she becomes unconscious again. I assume Buffy turns up at some point (as I don't read an awful lot that isn't Spuffy), but she might not, and don't know if this is a complete fic or a wip. Hopefully it will ring bells with someone, because it's bugging the life out of me.

Thank you Cal - I love Anaross's fic, but would never have thought of it as being Long Day's Journey. That's what's so great about this community.
