"Year of Grace"?

Hi! I'm actually looking for a fic I know the name and author of, but can't seem to find hosted anywhere on the internets. Figured I'd try my luck here and see if anyone could find it for me...

It's called "Year of Grace" by Ellen, and it's an Angel/Doyle, Doyle/Cordelia fic. Specifically, Doyle has one year to live. And stuff.

Anyone know where I can find it?
