Looking for a type of fic.

I'm not looking for a specific fic itself. What I want is a type of fic so that when I get on tonight I will have something to read. I'm looking for any fics in which either Buffy or Spike travel back in time either to the time they met or to a time when their relationship could have been changed and made better. megan_peta has written a couple of fics like Here We Go Round Again. That is what I am looking for as far as the type of fics. Please rec me as many as you can. I don't know why but I'm just in the mood for reading these fics. Please no extremely angsty ones. Some angst is fun but I'm in the mood for slight fluff. Thank you all for your help.

Terri Botta's Here Is Gone (http://www.the-sandlot.com/fic.php?mode=fic&fic_id=115) is good. It has newly souled Spike going back in time to S5.

Another good one is db2305's Actions Past (http://www.allaboutspike.com/fic.html?id=287), which has S2 Buffy going forward in time to meet Spike in an AU S7.

LOL... thanks, sweetie!! But Duty Bound isn't a time travel fic... I don't have any TT fics... although I do have a nasty plot bunny for one that I am trying vey hard to keep caged until I finish my wips... i have a dimension travel (A grain of Sand) but, although it does change time zones a fair bit, I don't think it strictly qualifies as a time travel fic.

Oh thanks! But it is without doubt worth reading! I did mix it up with another story where *thinks very hard* Spike (or Buffy??? getting turned?) come from the future / parallel universe to the BtVS Verse, a younger version of the other. Can me I mixed up three stories again *gg*.
And to post here (if I'm doing that anyway) the one I did mean from herself_nyc was A Nice Place To Visit, But ... found here but it is indeed part of the Bittersweet-verse! Summary: "Something's gone wonky, yeah, an' you're not in 1997 anymore, Buffy. This is your future. These children, they're yours. Ours." A tale set in the Bittersweet-verse, post Mrs Grieves & The Abandoned Husband.

Um, let's see. My Prologue to Life, I Know You is future Buffy sent back to season II. It's a long fic with a happy Spuffy ending. I think Megan/Peta has a couple of fics like what you're looking for, as does hollydb. I know Holly has at least one, the title of which escapes me ATM, but you can find both of them at the House of Bloodshed.

I think the fic by herself_nyc cordykitten means is probably Mr Grieves and the Fallen Woman. That's the one where season 6 Buffy is sent by the Geek Trio back to Victorian England, and eventually meets William. IMO it's the best Buffy-verse travel fic out there and well worth a read. you can find it at http://www.buggerthis.net/

Another favorite is st_salieri's Convergence Spike/Buffy, R - An upcoming apocalypse reunites post-series Spike and Buffy in Sunnydale during S2. Also at buggerthis.net or in her memories.

I read SpikesDeb's Let Me Play Amongst the Stars yesterday.
Summary: Set roughly post Tabula Rasa, although I'm messing with the timeline a little. Assuming that although Tara was suspicious of Willow's use of magic, it hasn't quite reached the proportions where she felt it necessary to leave. Also assuming that there has been time after TR for Spike and Buffy to develop a relationship so as to get to this stage. So, basically – kind of canon but with a twist. It starts right where Fly Me to the Moon ends.

And the story before: FLY ME TO THE MOON Summary: I was watching Voyager one night and thought how wonderful it would be for Seven of Nine to come across Spike and Buffy. What would happen? Well - this is where my mind took me....... A little smutty ficlet.

And an advanced Buffy coming back? Buffy travels back through time: The Time of the Guardians by Jackofspikes Buffy has been brought back by Willow's spell, but she's changed...alot!

Oh, and ladycat7 is right: Paradox by Jackofspikes Summary: Season 6 Buffy and Spike are sent back to season 2 by a nerd invented time travel device. Haven't read that yet but it's on my to do list. Loved the 'Guardians'
