I don't remember much.

I remember that Spike and Buffy meet in Paris and they decide that they are just going to be Buffy and Spike.

He gets buffy an outfit or some shoes or something that she loves.

I don't know if this piddly information helps or strokes your memory but any help would be wonderful.
