Looking for 2 fics

Hi I am looking for two fics.

The first all I can remember is that the initiative has really taken over all of the town. The have Buffy, Spike, everyone but Xander and the LA gang. I remember a scene where they end up taking the chip out of Spike because the left a flap of skin with a holy symbol so that they could mess around with his brain.  The gang eventually gets back up from outside of Sunnydale  because of all the missing people. Sorry that is all that I can remember.

The second is Xander showing up at the Hyperion with Spike. He begs Angel formally for sanctuary so that they can heal. This is set during the initiative arc and Xander left because he thought things where going really bad in the town. Once again sorry that's all that I remeber.
