seeking_spikeAlright, I'm guilty of 'I read a good fic & promptly forgot where it was', hoping you nice people will point me in the right direction.
It was a post Chosen fic, Buffy finds that someone deeded her a garden plot & quickly works out it was Spike. He comes and plants stuff in it every night, but when Buffy checks the plant types in a 'meaning of plants' book, it seems Spike was warning her of a betrayal by Angel.........Oh, and Spike cant speak until he confronts Angel..(I think) about the fact that Angel betrayed him.
Was a nicely written story, about 4-8 chapters long I think....and I might have found it through an awards site?

Found already by Amyxaphania (thanks again)....the story is 'Unspoken' by Anaross & can be found on Just Rewards.
