Spuffy videos

I used to watch a fair amount of Spuffy videos, and then I stopped, not sure why. I do know that it's much harder to find good vids than finding good fics. When I watched, I went on youtube alot, and this other site. I think it was Astoria Potter, but I don't think I'm right. I remember an Andrew central vid with the song Holding Out for a Hero by Jennifer Saunders, Spuffy vid with Fire by The Pointer Sisters and Always by Frank Sinatra, and a Buffy and Dawn vid with Daughter by John Mayer. All on a website by the same person, I believe. Anywhere I could find them again? Also, anyone know anything about Holly Gilmore? Thanks.

The Fire vid is by spikeylover. Great vidder, but her website is down. You could try PM-ing her through LJ and see if she has them archived somewhere.

Holly Gilmore made what is probably my favorite fanvid but it's not on YouTube anymore. I did find this link, but it's not playing on my phone right now. Hope it works for you. If anyone knows where to find more of her work I'd love to see it.

Although I don't know where to find the specific vids you are looking for, there are a lot of Spuffy videos on Buffytube - http://buffytube.ning.com/ - a lot of them very good. The host for the site is starting to charge - it was free before, so the site may have to close. But it's a great site and will probably be there for a little while yet.

Do you know Poucette's videos? She makes EXCELLANT Spuffy vids, some of the best, she's a multi-award winner - but then maybe that means you already know her? Darlaproductions is also a favourite of mine with some great Spuffy vids. I love Oldblackmagic's vids, mostly Spike centric but a couple of good Spuffy ones.

Oh really? So you can't ask for recs on this community - have to be looking for something specific that you've misplaced, yeah?

Anyway, hope you found some stuff you liked. From what I can gather from an email I've had, someone else has taken over running the Buffytube site, and this has somehow saved it. Not sure how, since the issue was about money, but if it's not going away then it's all good.
