Looking for another fic

I am looking for a fic I read ages ago.  I only remember bits and pieces.

1. The vampires had taken over the world (or maybe just California).
2. Spike and Angel were the rulers of the vampires.
3. There had been a prophecy that Xander would somehow cause the vampires to take over the world and the Scoobies planned on killing him.
4. They killed Anya for trying to protect Xander
5. Xander was captured and sent as a gift to Spike and Angel.

Sound familiar to anyone?
