Season 7

Looking for a season 7 fic, where the First isn't defeated, leaving only Buffy and Spike with Andrew as survivors. They end up traveling away from Sunnydale, up north, finding pockets of humanity along the way, including a feral Slayer. It's post apocalyptic, and there's devastation all around, but somehow Buffy is pregnant, Buffy and Spike have a handfasting that Andrew presides over, and Cordelia figures in there somehow also, as a higher being. I know I've read this story at least 2x, but for the life of me, I can't remember either the title or the author.

My brain is ded. Any ideas?
