Looking for Xander fic

I'm looking for a fic where Xander becomes competent and independent, outgrowing the scoobies, but they don't acknowledge that he's changed. He started making swords and created his own business, bought a house either on the edge of or just outside of town but none of the scoobies pay attention. Tara is more aware than the rest. At some point it becomes Spike/Xander and I remember that Ethan helps and teaches Xander too. If ya'll could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
