Fic with a character named Rachel

I am looking for a fic with a character named Rachel.  She was in college and Spike saved her one night and they became friends.  She had supernatural power but I can't remember what.  Her and Spike lived together for a while also.  If anyone can help me find this that would be fantastic!  It was an awesome fic but I somehow forgot to save it.  DOH!!!!  Thank in advance
