Looking for a fic I read a while ago and don't know how to find again.

Spuffy. Set in light of the ep "Storyteller" where Andrew was filming everyone around the house. I remember the fic had him with extra footage of Spike that Buffy found in a duffle bag or something of the sort, post-Chosen. The footage made her cry...

Sorry for being kind of lacking in the details but hopefully it's enough.

Not sure it meets all your criteria (it didn't have extra Spike footage), but otherwise it sounds like Nothing Left Behind.
