Giles visits Xander/Oz

Another fic I could have sworn I had on file.  Future fic...After leaving Sunnydale, not really keeping in touch with anybody, Xander and Oz hook up.  They're lovers, cat and dog owners, and the co-writers of a very popular series of supernatural horror novels.  Xander opens his front door one day, expecting the UPS lady, to find Giles on his doorstep.  Over tea, Giles explains that he was asked by a friend who works for their publisher to edit the series because he had experience in that sort of thing.  It wasn't until he skimmed his old Watcher journals that he realized why the stories seemed so familiar to him even though he hadn't read them before.
