Alternate S4 fic

I just finished the BTVS series, and naturally, I went looking for fanfic. There was one I wanted to read that I was sure I bookmarked, but I can't find it anywhere now, and Google is being no help at all. It's an S4 AU where Spike wasn't captured by the initiative and the first scene has him being invited in by Joyce because she assumed it was okay. I THINK it might have been called Everyone Dies or Everybody Dies. The summary said something about him not going after the Gem of Amara. Please help? :)
