Buffy and Spike as kids

Hi, I'm looking for a spuffy fic I thought I read recently but I can't remember where I read it. Spike and Buffy come across a demon on patrol that covers them in goo or blood. This goo turns them into children. Spike is at Buffy's house to clean off the goo and spends the night. Buffy wakes up to see a little boy instead of Spike. I remember she dresses him up as Dennis the Menace and then feels guilty for doing so once he figures out she was making fun of him. They are at Giles and the next day Buffy turns into a little girl. I remember Angel coming at some point to take care of little Spike when the chip fires non-stop. And I think there was some sort of confrontation between Xander and Giles/Angel over Spike.
