post-Chosen, Spike comes back human with amnesia

Hi! Can anyone point me to this fic?

Spike wakes up in the desert. He's human, but has amnesia. The amulet is still with him.
He makes his way to a nearby small town where he befriends a girl working in an ice cream shop. She recognizes him from his visits there with Dawn.
He visits a jeweler to ask about the amulet. The jeweler knows Wesley.
Wesley brings Spike to the Hyperion (or W&H) where Angel recognizes him.
They remove the "block" on Spike's memories, but he is becoming very ill due to a problem in the way he wore the amulet (something with the fact that he and Buffy held hands?)
They travel in time to repeat that day, and do things correctly. I think that Angel decides to wear the amulet instead.
