Oh yeah - it's a great fic, but I can't remember who wrote it. Try looking on the bloodshedverse, vamp kiss or sinister attraction. I probably read it at one or the other of those places.

I think the story you are looking for is Innocence Found by Spike's Heart. There is also a sequel Reclamation. I really like both of them.
