Does anybody remember this one?

Buffy isn't the only person raised when Willow performs the resurrection spell.  It also brings back a slayer who died over 100 years ago.  That slayer was actually William's wife, and she was pregnant at the time.

Other tidbits:
* She is still pregnant when brought back, but she is hurt by a demon.  She dies, but they are able to rescue the baby girl.
* The baby is named Tracy or Tracey
* Spike and Buffy take the baby to a different dimension for Spike to have time to mourn.
* Xander seems to be possessed by something or affected in some way that magnifies his hate for Spike.  He acts happy when his wife is killed.

I think I remember that fic. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's been around for quite a while. I'd check on All About Spike if I were you. I don't remember a baby, but it's been a long time since I read the one I'm thinking of, so there may have been. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
