Spike/Xander fic

I'm looking for a slash fic with the pairing Spike/Xander.
It's been a long time since I've read it but I remember the plot fairly well:
Xander was the guardian of the Hellmouth and immortal (or something like that), but this means he can't ever leave the Hellmouth or he'll die.
Him and Spike are in a relationship but Spike can't understand why Xander won't come with him and travel the world, so he is gone a lot.
As time passes Xander tries to kill himself quite a few times (always failing) and all his friends grow older.
Xander writes journals and as far as I remember he used different colours for the different type of entries (i.e. red for the days where he tries to kill himself).
I hope someone knows this fic, I lost the link and I'd really like to read it again.
