AH Spuffy, Young Buffy/Older Spike

I'm looking for a fic that I was 99% sure was called "Mr. James," but I can't find it, so it must be under a different title (or it was removed from AFF.com). Buffy is a young virginal schoolgirl (16, maybe?) and she is house-sitting for Spike and Drusilla. Spike seduces her (pretty roughly). He might have been her teacher, I'm not sure (but I'm definitely not thinking of Mr. William by pepperlandgirl, this is something different). I remember a scene in which Buffy brings a boy back to Spike's house in order to make Spike jealous, Spike catches them and then takes Buffy down to his basement and "disciplines" her (I'm a perv, I'm aware). Pretty much a PWP, maybe 7 or 8 chapters long. Sound familiar at all?
