Faith in Toronto

I'd like to find a Forever Knight crossover story where Faith moves to Toronto and comes under the protection of either  Nick or LaCroix.  I haven't read it in a long time and details are really fuzzy.  I think Faith contacts Angel and he or the Scoobies come to Toronto in attack mode and the master of the City and/or his son protect Faith.  I recall there was a confrontation on a roof top, probably Nick's.
