Alternate NFA-ending: The Initiative

I'm looking for a funny short story in which the Initiative swoops in and saves the day in the alley at the end of Angel S5. With tanks. It might have a Spuffy bent, or might not. It might have Andrew, or might not. It might be by elisane , or might not. (I can't find it on her journal, because it is now empty.)

Found it my own self! It's called "Legion" by elinora and it is Spuffy, has Andrew, and as a bonus also has Illyria and is longer than I remembered! Thanks seasonal_spuffy tags! I ♥ you!
