Post Chosen-Buffy either preg or has a baby when she goes to see Angel

I hope that someone remembers this story. I can't remember if it was complete or a wip. Buffy makes a trip to L.A. to see Angel. I,m not sure if she knows that Spike is back or not.She is accompanied by a male vampire that I think is Aurilian ? maybe with a soul. He has been helping her and didn't want her to go alone . I believe his is mated to Dawn. I can't remember much more than this. It's a jumble. Does anyone have any ideas?
