Carved Heart?
Aug. 6th, 2011 06:25 pm Hi
I just finished reading Greyangel's 'Wheels on Fire' and just loved it. The perfect summer beach reading. She's a marvelous writer and I'd really enjoy reading more of her fics, especially some of the longer ones. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a copy of 'Carved Heart'. One reader said that was his favorite by far.
Thanks guys. I sure appreciate everyone who puts in the time to keep this search directory ongoing despite all the pulls and responsibilities of RL.
Best wishes,
Sugar

Date: 2011-08-08 12:56 pm (UTC)You're a peach for responding. Would you mind sending it if you have it? I'd be eternally grateful! Send to:jvhansen@stanfordalumni.org. Are there any other longer type stories besides Storm that she pulled?
I've been a Spuff reader for awhile, but didn't get to Greyangel until recently. So far, I've read everything available on the main Spuffy sites and have an old copy of Winters' Storm. I'm absolutely loving the Hunters now. Just a fantastic and very unusual read. I seem to recall somewhere hearing that she became a legit writer. Does anyone know what she's published and if some of the Spuffy fics were adapted? Fascinating to see the before and afters in these cases.
Thanks a bunch!!

Date: 2011-08-08 12:44 pm (UTC)Thanks so much for your nice message. I actually have an old copy of Winter's Storm that a friend passed on, but haven't read it yet. I'm loving The Hunters now. I swear it is one of the finest and most surprising Spuffy novellas that I've read thus far. She has a read cinematic quality to her writing that makes it a delight. Will let you know if my search turns up anything, so far doesn't look good.
