Watchers Council Ficlet — post-Who Are You?

I had so much luck last time with you guys, here's another one!

In this dark short story, after they capture "Faith" in Season 4, the Council brings her back to England where they repeatedly "temporarily" kill her in order to make more Slayers. An OC-Watcher explains his discomfort with the process and why he's quitting the Council (or this particular project, anyway).

In Origins Faith does consent to be "killed" in order to drop off the Council radar (and run away with her delectable and charismatic vampire lover). Good catch!

Alas, in the story I am seeking, the "deaths" are absolutely non-con. I'm sure it's a short story, not an epic like Origins.
