I apologise if this is overly detailed. 

I am seeking a fanfic which is Spuffy, AH, AU. The opening chapter is of Buffy, Anya and Cordelia sitting in a cafe. Buffy eats a piece of chocolate cake whilst Spike watches her. The background of the story is that Spike is a lawyer whose ex-wife, Drusilla, was seduced by Angel. He is seeking revenge against Angel by attempting (successfully) to seduce Buffy who is now married to Angel.

That sounds like Sadbhyl's 'More Than Strangers' (which was a continuation of Pepperlandgirl's 'Strangers in a Cafe'). I've not got a direct link but it's at Sinister Attraction.
