Crossover Stargate SG-1

I have flashes of scenes from a fic that I hope somebody will recognize, pretty sure its one fic but I could be wrong. I would really like to read  it again and really would appreciate the help.

One scene is Xander backed into a corner in a briefing room cause he can see the symbiote wrapped around the tok'ra neck, which I think is Jacob and I think the impression left on Carter and in Teal'c. He refuses to leave until he's sure that he won't be taken over.

The SGC is really excited that he can see the symbiote they had a name for his talent which I can't remember. They don't want to let him go or give him phone calls or anything. I'm pretty sure that Willow and Buffy teleport in. There is a huge discussion. The SG team doesn't believe in magic which pisses off Willow so as a demonstration she mojo's away their clothes. Most of the team are embarrassed, except for Vala who just leans back and smiles.

EDIT: as it turns out its two fics the one above is Teal'c's Wish, over at twisting the hellmouth.


I also have a scene prompted where there are men from off world who are dead, brought back to the SGC and rise while Janet is examining them. There is a daring rescue by Xander. 

There is a whole planet thats vampires cause its mostly night. There are slayers waking up on other planets.
Teal'c has heard of both vampires and slayers but by another name. Takes his team to the original ruins that talked about them.

Please help it's driving me absolutely banana's!
